just like Rongway said, it only scale with the daily bonus.
not the exp from killing mobs inside the dungeon
The roulettes computes how much xp you should get for your level (assuming, you do not get one of the three trials). From this total, it removes the xp that all the mobs of the dungeons reward (killed or not) and this is the bonus at the end. So no need to scale for the mobs xp.
