Cumbersome Targeting_ suggestions

Up And Down arrow keys for scrolling thru party list. Left and right for targeting enemies.If you need another key for targeting npc's thats fine - bind it where you want - F12 ect. Possibly just leave Tab as your target all key.. At this point, there could be come optional bindings where you could take it from here and tweak is to your perfered keys. But i think the important one is up and down cycling thru party members via the party list. would like to add that the need to retarget a mob after casting a spell and then hit enter again is absurd and cumbersome. Yes you can get by with macros. But i like using my easy to reach macros for things that should need a macro. not for basic one cast spells or abilities. This is just horrible ui design. Worst ive ever seen to be quite honest. Love the game, but it could be so much better.
