Squadron Bug or just bad rng?

I have gotten about 6 new recruits so far and every single one has been a conjurer. I even took 1 and still got 3 conjurers after.

Is this just bad rng or is there something I'm missing?

Can't you change their job? Thought i remembered seeing this option

Ive received different roles, and yes u can change their jobs

You can after you get an additional rank. I did finally get an arcanist right after I posted this and then my next 2 were conjurers again....

So with all the challenge logs i had completed i only had two recruits waiting. I didn't have any need for two more conjurers... I dismissed them. They looked like rookies anyways @_@ Now i don't have any. Does this reset weekly or something with a chance of more new recruits? Because if not i screwed up my game T_T Does anyone know? Is there a reset with a chance to get more recruits without completing more challenge logs? Thanks for the help!

I think you're okay, man. You do need to do more challenges to get more recruits, but since the challenges reset there will be every opportunity.
