    5k guild marks = 1 month game-time.

    Should just shut down the game if they're going to be removing every single last thing about the original FFXIV and re-release it later, everyone is going to get wiped anyway.

    >.> Most of the stuff... in the original FFXIV was junk anyways.... They're remaking this to be the next FFXI with better graphics if you look at the big picture. Once they redo the maps new content worth doing will roll in... as for the guild mark system please trash it :P

    I'd agree with most of what you said aside from FFXI with better graphics. There are still things that set them apart, I really wish people would let XIV be XIV.

    Most of the systems at launch were awful, yes. However that's only because they were unfinished. I've thought a lot about this and I've realized that all of the original systems had the potential to be amazing but were left unfinished and had to be implemented hastily, cutting out most of that potential.
