



Which is a little irritating since the first thing I did was check server status and all the Primal servers are still showing as up. -.-

From what I can tell, the lobby server seems to be working as intended and the client is therefore able to ping the IP associated with Primal.
IMHO, the issue starts at this step - the server proper (Lamia for you, for me it's Excalibur) is apparently unable to respond properly when you negotiate a connection, which might also the cause behind the client assuming "Poor" quality for the estabilished link.
As to why it seems to be more common for Primal, I'm not so sure - assuming it's a configuration issue and there are no outside factors at play, at least for now.
