Simple Suggestion to make squadrons more interesting.

Currently, we have recruits join in squadrons. When they do, we can read a little about their motives and "question" them.

But "questioning" them is just looking at them. A simple suggestion to improve the immersiveness of leading a squadron is to let us actually question them.

"What skills can you bring to the squad?"
"Why do you want to join?"
"What kind of team do you work best in?"

And things like this. Even a small set of scripted responses would be better than the current situation.

Furthermore, after training them or when they return from a mission, I tried to talk to them. But they say nothing. Just look at me.
Could we give them a set of scripted answers based on the difficulty of the mission compared to their current stats?
    For example:
If the squad is high level / stats by comparison:
"That was easier than I thought!"
    "It couldn't have gone smoother!"
"I'm hoping for a real challenge next time."
"Eorzea is a safer place now."

If the squad is low level / stat by comparison:
    "I love a challenge."
    "That was a close call."
"Do you think we could do something a little easier next time?"
    And so on...

And other remarks if they fail a mission and also after training.

Even the retainers at least speak to you.
