Tanks who use zero cooldown. I had one yesterday in the Vault. He died three times on trash pulls. None of those were my fault. ._.

I actually got another one. When my WHM or D.AST co-healer only cares about nuking and never ever put their HoT on the tank.
Please stop being useless. I wholly encourage DPSing as much as possible, but HoTs are the whole reason you can nuke in the first place, and I'm not a substitute for your Regen/Aspected Benefic.

Tanks who don't know what the minimap is and run off alone.
Tanks who think they can pull multiple packs of mobs while undergeared and expect Cure II spam to be able to save them from taking half their health bar a second in damage.
Tanks who can't be bothered to remove a HoT before pulling and get me aggro.
Tanks who never use cooldowns.
DPS who stand in AOE and/or environmental hazards.
DPS who stand outside AOE heal range and make me single target heal them after every raid wide AOE.
Black mages who use Convert while I'm already having a hard time keeping up with healing.

- Ranged dps standing too far apart so my cards/aoe heals never hit everyone. This is why I was so happy to see that the card range was increased.
- Beserk macros.
- Tanks making large pulls and not using cooldowns.
- Tanks not waiting like two seconds so I can apply stoneskin before a boss fight.
- Because I know tanks don't like to wait, on occasion I'll apply cards before a boss fight, then they start the fight when they've nearly worn off. This is probably my biggest pet peeve.

Uh, convert is required at specific points if they want to do their rotation correctly. It's not really optional.
As for pet peeves:
-When you get a party of 3 dps and 1 healer (you) on the later floors of PotD, and all three of them run off in different directions, leaving you wondering which one you're going follow. The other two are just going to have to learn the hard way that if you want heals you need to stay close to the healer.
-When tanks stand around waiting for my crit deployed adlo to reach 3 seconds left before pulling

You mean, what most of the dps say? I so quote your pet peeve, thought, second only to 'don't let your fairy do the heals, you're an healer and you should only heal'
Oh, also:
- I can eat all aoes but I'm not sitting in that blue bubble (Sacred Soil)!
- People spreading right during a deployment.
- People spreading
- Dragoons (Nah, just kidding on this one)

This infuriates me and then proceeds to make me sad when I manage to deploy a crit Adlo before a fight that has heavy raidwide damage shortly after the pull. Gdi tanks.

Probably the fact that ranged dps seem to want to be that cool kid off on their own. You can still maintain distance and be close enough so my aoe heals / buffs can get you... don't need to be on the exact opposite side of everyone as far as you possibly can. Especially if there's a party wide aoe, then complain why you didn't get healed right after it.

Once had a tank DEMAND that I only heal him if he went below 10%. Didn't listen to that stupid request (of course) and he just left. It still bothers me.
