Co-healers without some kinda of notification macro for raising people. like i just got a simple "raising X se.<10>" for mine. it's a bit annoying when we both blow our swiftcasts on a single guy.

This would happen even if you both had a macro anyways, tho. You'd end up using SC while the other healer's macro rings in the party chat :P. The best method for this is to assign raising priorities when a duty with possible deaths starts. Also, if you're with a SCH, it's usually better for them to be raising bc of their easier mana regeneration, so leave them to it and if you see they haven't raised in 10 seconds or so just do it yourself.
Having both healers blow SC is a problem that doesn't have a real solution other than pre-fight communication tbh.

Dear Noct Ast's;
Just because you're a shield healer doesn't mean you can sit in cleric stance 97% of a fight. You don't have a fairy pumping out 700hps on it's own. Your cards are great and all, but if you're not planning on healing I might as well drop you for a dps and get rid of the rng associated with ast dps increases. This is especially true if you haven't bothered melding accuracy on your gear. Also, if your co-healer is actually statted for dps, you should maybe relieve at least some of the healing burden to increase the raid wide damage.
I always say I'm main healing a fight and end up doing more damage than my cohealer anyway, in stuff like Nidhogg. People don't wanna use their accuracy melds.
I get salty when my WHM cohealer raises, especially after I just used it. Like, really... I'm Astrologian. Basically infinite MP. But yeah, go ahead, blow 15% of your MP for no reason.

Guilty. In DF, if someone dies and my co-healer takes more than 2 GCDs to Raise I will Raise the person myself.
That ends up being the stalemate, I don't want to waste time asking if they are going to raise but I know if I do it ASAP they may as well, but if I wait to raise they too may be waiting to see if I raise then in the end we both blow it anyway. xD
Indeed! Hahahaha. That's why I advice to just assign raising priorities before the duty starts. I don't really care too much about blowing SC like that, so...

The application delay on Bio. If I lose 0.5 seconds each time I want to Bane, how much of my life has been wasted with my finger hovering over a button, gaze steadily fixed on the target's debuff bar?
