Japanese Text in English Client

When talking to the House Fortemps Steward during the Promises Kept quest and asking in both the "What do you do here?" and "Tell me about House Fortemps." Brings up the following text in Japanese while selecting "Tell me about Ishgard" still gives English Script

1. Entered Palace of the Dead solo as a SMN.
2. Was killed by a monster on various floors (progressed up to 36 in screenshot).
3. A text window with Japanese text pops up (Seen in attached screenshot).
4. Selected the "OK" button.
5. Was returned to Quarrymill.

I just came here to report this myself. I can confirm I'm having the exact same problem with the House Fortemps Steward.
