Small Plot for sweet FC wanted!

Hello People!

Our Free Company has grown quite a bit and we have reached level 6 in a heartbeat (thats what it feels like!)

Now were looking for a small plot on SHIVA for our fc!

The housing areas in desired order:

lavender beds > goblet > the mist

We have saved up quite a bit so far, but not enough for a house I guess. However we still wanted to start our search! If somebody has to offer a small plot, can negotiate about the price and wait until we have the money ready, please let me know!

PS: I know about the demolishing-timer, but I rather save up a bit more money, than loose my head and become disappointed when I am not fast enough to get my hands on a plot.

Your best bet is to save up the gil for the small and wait for a plot to be auto-demolished (timer starts when 3.4 hits). Just keep an eye on the ward listings once and awhile and if a plot has opened up it will be a white price next to it instead of a name. As someone can't sell you the house, they can only demolish their plot so that you can buy it. You'd be paying double the price (at least) in order to get it from someone and on top of that the GMs discourage that type of activity.

Ehhh, house re-selling is at best a grey area and can make some people on the forums a bit touchy. The good news is that Tuesday the housing reclamation system is supposed to start back up!
My advice would be to avoid the drama and unnecessary extra expense and just make sure your FC members keep a sharp eye out on the wards and know to notify whoever has land-purchase power in your FC when one opens up. Especially since you said you are still saving gil anyway.

I know! The problem is though: I work all day and if there happens to be a free house I am sure it will be gone by the time I come home. I know my old FC found a house via the forum so I wanted to try my luck.

Most people in our FC are online in the evening, including all people with powers and I dont want to give a random person the right to use the bank and maybe steal all the money.

Houses get demolished at all times of the day. You will miss out on some, but you'll also be on when some become available too. Just keep an eye out when you can.

I will keep my eye open for that as well, thats for sure. However I dont wanna be stressed out too much by competing with thousands of people for a plot

My advice would be to check the descriptions too of the houses - a lot of people put that they are willing to demolish/vacate for a price. I've seen several on my server saying they will leave a small plot for around 5-8 mil, and then you would have to spend an extra 4+ mil to buy the land and build the house if you do it this way.
