    Cannot place new Materia Melder in Estate

    Just as the title says.

    When I first tried to place the new materia melder permit inside my estate it won't let me.

    I'm guessing because the cap on vendors was not increased? Is this a bug or as intended? Seems pretty silly to add a new vendor and not be able to utilize all of them in my estate when I could before.

    Currently, I'm hosting 3, and oawn one of the beach houses in Lominsa? I'm guessing this is considered a cottage? If this is not a bug, then definitely a recommendation.

    A [small] house can only have 3 different NPCs inside them; get rid of one of the vendors and it'll work.
