Possible bug with the new RMT report feature?

I got 3 tells from the same RMT in a 25 minute window, even though I'm 100% positive I reported him the first two times.

So either

A- it's in fact 3 different bots, they just delete the toon and rename the new one exactly the same, thus bypassing the filter, because it's not the same character, or

B- They already found a way to circumvent the new system.

Edit: 4th time, 30 minute period. I just blacklisted the RMT in addition to reporting him, should help determine if it's the same toon or a different one each time.

Edit 2: Haven't gotten a single tell since blacklisting, which seems to indicate it's option B, sadly...

Well they could be in a wait list, reporting them doesn't mean instant ban, there could be not enough GMs to get all those in time

Never mind, found the answer in the patch notes, you were right: Any reports sent using this function will be processed automatically. When it is confirmed the reported player is sending RMT messages, their ability to speak with other players will be restricted.

I thought it automatically put the RMT on a separate blacklist, preventing him from sending you more tells, my bad.

So it does have a slight delay.

I'm having an issue now where the option to Report a gil spammer isn't on the list when I click on the name. The only options I have in the list are "Send Tell", "Invite to Party", "Send Friend Request", "Add to Blacklist", and "Target". Even if there's a maximum number of reports in a certain time period, it's been at least a day since that option has shown up for me.
