    Cannot unlock my suspended account, didnt get email.....

    Tried to login today, always got the Message that something is not matching, so i couldn't start downloading the patch. fine. i look online for a solution, and they say to delete some files in the game folder. i did that.

    afterwards, the launcher started like it was newly installed. at the point where i wanted to log into my account, it said:

    my account got supsended due to suspicious activity, and that i'll get an email to unlock it. never happened, never got an email.

    then i tried to reset my passwords, i can't because i don't remember this stupid security question thing... guys... i spent alot of money into this game, i just want to play. pls help
    edit: guys, just unlock my account, or send me an email or SOMETHING, pls.
