A small request for one the next patches to come.

Hello & Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I have been waiting to see if SE will be integrating a function like past MMO games where we can "/Shutdown". As I have not seen this in the past patches I was wondering if there would be a possibility that we could see this in the next few patches please. Obviously it isn't a crying matter and won't end the game for anyone I would hope but it would be very nice to have the feature.

i think more important functions would be like:

- tabbing to the desktop in fullscreen mode without crashing the client.
(1 year after release and we dont have this silly function!!!)



- and gameplay kinda things like activating your skills.. its kind of frustrating since 1.19 as a caster.. you cant activate your skill anymore directly after your previous skill.

you have to wait till the animation has ended for 100%.. sometimes im clicking for about 4 times on one skill to get it activated.. "Cure! CURE!, CUURE!!... oh well.... finally

Not sure if they fixed this but... Alt-tab worked the same way in FFXI. (wasn't it some anti-rmt-bot measure?)

They purposely made it so that you have to wait for the cast to finish and there have been a number of threads on it.

As stated in the interview conducted by BG, SE staff made it clear that the "ALT-TAB" function is being fixed and will be available.

Not really. In FFXI /shutdown completely took you out of the game and client -- in XIV and XI /logout just takes you out of the game but not client.

XI dropped you back to POL, XIV drops you back to character select then title screen.

I would like to see this as well, +1 for the link, I think a /shutdown and a /logout would both be nice.
