Don't underestimate parry. I hear that there's this new max parry build going around which lets you get an extra GCD off during Gobsnick Leghops casts. It increases your survival rate by a whopping 20% over conventional builds. The other 70% of the time, your character dies a painful death.

Couldn't the WAR turn around and pop RI though to auto parry with no real investment in Parry though? Obviously he can't use it while off cooldown but shouldn't that be possible?

That was just a joke; it shouldn't be construed as a legitimate strategy. It's not hard to get your last hit in before the cast finishes and disengage. If you're curious, though, I suspect that the origin point for the attack is the boss, not the clone, so I don't think that you would need to turn for it.
