WXHB Not working with Toggle and Mixed XHB controls

Steps:
1. Set XHB Control type to either Mixed or Toggle
2. Double tap either trigger
3. Nothing happens
4. Set XHB Control type to Hold
5. It now works

As a bit of additional information, I also increased the time permitted to perform to double tap. This did not make any difference.
