    Is the character server transfer down?

    I cant seem to transfer my characters atm. It doesnt even say why I cant transfer them it just says:

    "
    A problem has been found with your World Transfer application.
    Please review the possible causes below and resubmit your World transfer application. "

    but nothing is written at the bottom
