    I am ps4 and worked just fine. There is another thread that people said they just closed the application and waited 10 mins and started work. Not sure if that is what you have been doing.

    I've restarted my router, restarted the PS4, Ive closed the application and restarted it nothing worked. :'(. Ill try closing the application and wait 10 mins like people suggested and ill see what happens.

    Also i am on exdous and i know we having server issues to point nobody can log on even though it says the server is fine. So that might be something going with launcher as well.

    Ok found a solution
    Close launcher
    go to C:\username\Documents\mygames\final fantasy\
    There is a folder called "FFXIV_BOOT"
    Open it with an editor
    change "BootVersionCheckMode" from 0 to 1
    save it
    Restart launcher

    Works for me
