Constantly getting disconnected from the game (30002)

1. – Operating System? (IE: WinXP, Vista, Win7, 32bit? 64bit?) Windows 7 64bit

2. - Antivirus program? (IE: Windows Defender, AVG, etc) AVG

3. – Internet Service Provider? unsure (live in a dorm)

3) Frequency of 30002 Error? Frequent can happen every 5-10 minutes

4) What area were you in when the error occurred?
Ifrit cave, airship, LL region
5) What were you doing when the error occurred? (What type of actions, movements, etc) Running, sometimes no actions at all

6) Were you in a party at the time the error occurred? (Please provide number of party members if you were in a party)
in full party or not in party
7) Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error? 0-20

8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error? sometimes, other times I get an error which prevents me from logging back in.

Uldah, and then Iron Lake region
5) What were you doing when the error occurred? (What type of actions, movements, etc)
Standing in Uldah waiting for party to form, then when in battle at iron lake region and once after using "Raise".
6) Were you in a party at the time the error occurred? (Please provide number of party members if you were in a party)
yes, 1-8 members.
7) Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error?
in ul'dah, many maybe around 30. in iron lake, no more than 12.
8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error?
yes
