    Upper Tier Actions Abolishement Issue

Okay, so for 1.20 patch their getting rid of higher tier actions e.g, (Fire III, II) to scale the potency of the base action according to level. The effectiveness and MP cost of the action will be dependent upon the level of your current class.

This is a great idea, but will the animations be changed as you level up and use stronger potency's of say Fire

There need to be more interesting changes to the animations as that scales up.

They stated that in 1.20 the main focus was to change the function of abilities and they admitted they'd be recycling many of the current animations as filler, in later updates they should be fixing animations...

Though your point is a good one... there should definitely be a difference between a level 1 Fire spell and a level 50 fire spell.

I think they hinted at this very topic right in the announcement.

    * The inner workings of actions will be prioritized in 1.20, and graphical resources will be reused where possible. Cosmetic changes are expected to commence from patch 1.21 and continue in stages ahead of Version 2.0.
