Regarding Level cap increase. Please clarify.

It was stated that there are no plans to increase the level cap until 1.21

Q: Will the level cap be increased before the launch of version 2.0?
A: There is no plan to raise the level cap until 1.21, and this is because it will usher in the job system. Beyond that point up until 2.0, we would like to carefully decide what to do. Increasing the level cap will lead to wider gaps between players.

I'm afraid I don't understand what this means. So does this mean that there will be a level increase at or sometime after 1.21 and then another after 2.0? Also, if you all-knowing community reps are in a good mood, can you by chance drop some info about what it would be raised to?

no, it maens that up til 1.21 there is no plan and theyll look into it after 1.21 maybe. maybe 2.0 will have one to get lvl 50's xping and stuff. prob not though
