AST Draw Cooldown Macro?

Yes you can have them still on the PS3 just like you can have the cross hotbar on the PC. You dont need to select them with the controller they are just visual aids to watch your timers. I know quite a few people do this and I also did it when I played on PS3.

How do you do this on the ps3. I find the new options doesn't help me any....

You can't have horizontal or vertical hotbars on ps3. I've played on it for years and just a month ago switched to ps4. There are no options for it.

I'm pretty sure (someone correct me if i'm wrong) but you can make a macro that would be

/ac draw
/echo draw available in 30s <se.9> (i think it's 30s)

and what /echo does is that it makes a line of text appear in only your chatbox to notify you

You definitely can do that, just don't hit another macro before the 30s is up or it will cancel it ^^ the W hotbar being out now is also a great option. I keep mine om hotbar1 so I can see it at all times.
