What if I don't WANT skills on my bar?

The information released reffered to all actions, across spells, WS's and skills. All of them will amount to 15 by 1.20. We really don't know yet how this will pan out as we dont have the list itself of abilities. Hey, all I'm saying is "wait and see for now". I'll be at the head of the angry mob if we have a bunch of skills that are too situational and have to have them there by force.

It's not cryptic.

You will gain 15 skills on your wait to Lv50 on any given class. These abilities will ALWAYS be available to you (as you cannot remove them from the bar)
You will be able to use up-to-10 abilities from other classes at Lv50.

15+10 = 25.

Heh, it reffered to fifteen native actions for each class and will include spells(if any, for melee), WS's and abilities plus ten cross class actions and eleven traits that the class itself will learn, I don't remember reading if we would be able to swap traits from other classes, but I doubt it.
