What if I don't WANT skills on my bar?

With only 15 abilities, you should be using them all. Ignoring abilities means you are a bad player.

"Oh look, a cool new ability that will make be better! Nah, I'm not gonna use it, don't wanna clutter my bar."

Oh, look, a cool new ability. . . that's not as useful as the one I have equipped from that other class, even despite the cross-class scaling. Why would I ever use this, again?"
