    Healer LB3 adjustments? Great! One more though...

    Could the range on healer LB3 be bumped up, or at least be given a visual indicator of its range as it's activating?

    The biggest problem I see with it lately isn't really the fact that it gives weakness, but rather that people have no visual indicator of its range like ranged DPS get with their LBs, and therefore you end up getting people not paying heed to where they activate it and end up only reviving half their party with it... this happens often enough to the point where I'm not sure people even realize its range is limited. That, or sometimes people are just spread so far apart that the healer can't possibly cover everyone with it.

    For the record, tanks get a 50y LB (whereas healers only get 30y). Sure, healers have a little more freedom to move than tanks usually do, but that doesn't exactly affect the positioning of one's party members, especially when they're usually dead and can't just {Gather together.} for that healer LB3.

    With Magic and Range, the only ones who actually see the visual are the other players. It's mainly a notifier to let the tank know not to move the mobs from the location.

    This wouldn't work for Healer LB3 because it's pretty much an instant cast that activates around you. So there is no need to show a visual to something that occurs in a split second.

    They could simply make it so activating it gives you a ground marker centered on yourself that you activate just like any other ground marking ability.

    Well, with the caster LB at least, you have to pick the area it hits yourself (which is also a great boon that healer LB3 does not have), and you get to see the range it'll hit there, so that's not really an issue.

    Even if it was there for a split second, it would still help to teach players that "hey, the range on this isn't unlimited, maybe I should pay more attention to my positioning when I use it"

    That or they could just read the tooltip, but who does that? Moreover, it saying it has a 30y range doesn't necessarily give healers a good indication as to just how wide that is. I don't think healers even have any 30y range spells to practice with, and you can't practice with LBs when playing solo, obviously.

    But that's why I think they should just up the range on healer LB, preferably to match the range of tank LB, but even something like 40y would be okay too.

    Ehm every healspell has a range of 30y :x

    but yeah, would be nice to have a bigger range, it's not always feasable or possible to go to the middle of the room and hope to rezz everyone :x

    If they were going to do that I figure they would have already.

    But the (IMO) lack of range of the healer LB3 is something that I feel is more likely to have just slipped through the cracks rather than an intentional design choice, which is why I was compelled to make a thread on it.

    To be honest, LB3 for a healer is such a last resort that it should be range independent. All party members should be revived, providing they are in the same "room" as the caster.
