Transfer ps4 version to pc

Recently i buy new pc gaming (2400$) and it when i try the free trial to test my pc with other account proves are better, much better in all than ps4, speed, graphics, 60 frames/s even more than 30 from ps4. It is like other game, and im interested to know if exist any form to transfer my main account and of course with it, my character to play in my pc so i can improve my game experience. Some friends say me there a free form as SE can help, other says i must re-buy the game for PC. So i ask here waiting for a real and offcial response about that

You must purchase a PC version to play on PC.
After that, you just log in like you normally would.

The ONLY thing that was free, was transferring from PS3 to PS4. Not to PC.

I believe they got that mixed with going from PS3 to PS4. You have to buy the PC version.

You don't transfer anything, you just buy a copy of the PC version and add the key to your account and then log in normally. Also no one gets a free transfer anymore regardless what system you on play on. That PS3 > PS4 free transfer was only for a year when the PS4 first came out and no longer valid to use.
