[Request] Weather effect enabled Orchestration rolls!

With Halloween around the corner, here are some suggestions I came up with:

• Sad crying with echo effect (think witch from L4D)
• Insane laughter with echo effect (Edda anyone? :3)
• The crowded sound effect when there's tons of player gathered in the same spot (asset already in game)
• I think this was already mentioned before, but Wind chime + Wind blowing + insect for a typical daytime summer in Japan-ish effect

First, thanks to the developers for already adding some ambient orchestrion rolls!

I would love so many more ambient rolls added as well as a way to play them simultaneously with other tracks. Ambient sounds are more relaxing for me since I'm a musician and my brain naturally cannot help analyzing most music. The orchestrion would be much more useful with ambient tracks.

I like previous suggestions and most particularly the sound of wind chimes. It might be more difficult to implement though given the range of sounds and randomness in winds that make it so pleasant in the real world, but we can dream. Yes, yes, yes to blizzard!

The current tracks are a little forceful, as Niqote added. The best ambient sounds are of course still out in the world of eorzea and I'm hoping for tracks closer to that.

Also, creepy Halloween tracks might inspire some very fun haunted mansions and houses in the community!
