    stuck in transfert

    since 48 hours in stuck in transfert i cant play all my 8 character are inactive please unlock them i've transfert to gilgamesh to faerie and all technical support play with me like a yoyo

    Similar problem right now.

    On 20.9.16 I've attempted to use the world transfer service to move my character (Rio Minami) from Gilgamesh server to Excalibur. Shortly prior to that I happened to create a character with the same name on the target server. The confirmation of the transfer completion never came. Currently, when attempting to connect to a data center I receive error 3084, unable to log into the game. The lodestone page for the character transferred has also disappeared as if the character was deleted. Support Center has been unable to render any meaningful assistance.
