Requesting the level 60 roulette dungeon selecting algorithm be tweaked.

So I have been getting ARF nearly every single day in level 60 roulette. Not even an exaggeration.
Sometimes I get it multiple times in one day when I abandon duty and try again later and it's just ridiculous. My friends get it all the time too and people I meet in level 60 roulette say they always it as well and it's ruining level 60 roulette.
A dungeon is supposed to be selected at random as stated in the description of level 60 roulette but it's not random at all it's almost always ARF.
Please address this. ARF is so awful that I'd take toto-Rak over it any day of the week.

A lot of people queue for ARF because it's the most efficient way of farming eso right now. I think roulette prioritises matching with people who are queuing for specific dungeons as a way of helping people clear content. This may be why you're getting ARF all the time.

no, it is not random. the roulettes are supposed to fill the missing spots in duty finder to reduce queue times. since ARF is giving the most tomes from all of the dungeons, many people are in the queue for this dungeon, wich leads to many open spots wich have to be filled with the people who queue for the lvl 60 roulette...
