    Housing Reclamation and Shared Residencies

    If the owner of a house hasn't logged in for 45 days but has a resident listed in their house will the house still be demolished even though the resident enters the house?

    How many more times can I use the words house and resident in this post?

    Yes.

    The owner has to enter the house. Residents/tenants have 0 effect on the demolish timer
