Don't forget the cost of the TV for those who are using an old one. If they aren't upgrading to PS4 yet, there's a good chance they haven't upgraded their TV.

HDMI port TV have been out for 10+ years now. I doubt a TV upgrade is the main reason

no, there are not games for me (not counting ports of old games) and I am not interested in FF XV, it seems to be like a boring open world game and the combat is also not for my taste.

well number 1 reason is because I am too lazy to learn how to use pc, I only know how to search...ummm stuff in the web, also I was busy playing games on consoles before current gen.

Playing on PC isn't that hard. You can customize the controls and keybinds to your liking and you can even play the PC version with a controller if you wanted to.
