Don't forget the cost of the TV for those who are using an old one. If they aren't upgrading to PS4 yet, there's a good chance they haven't upgraded their TV.Honestly if the reason you aren't upgrading is because the ps4 doesn't have any good games, then that is complete bs. I mean ff15 drops in november and there are plenty of games already out with extremely high ratings.
If your not due to financial reasons, a refurbished ps4 cost 175 at gamestop. It will be even cheaper once the pro is released

HDMI port TV have been out for 10+ years now. I doubt a TV upgrade is the main reason

I doubt anybody have not a HD TV yet. So you only need a new TV if you want to play in 4K. To play with a normal PS4 a normal HD TV with HDMI input is all what you need.
no, there are not games for me (not counting ports of old games) and I am not interested in FF XV, it seems to be like a boring open world game and the combat is also not for my taste.Honestly if the reason you aren't upgrading is because the ps4 doesn't have any good games, then that is complete bs. I mean ff15 drops in november and there are plenty of games already out with extremely high ratings.

Playing on PC isn't that hard. You can customize the controls and keybinds to your liking and you can even play the PC version with a controller if you wanted to.
