Vrtra TT card

Hello,

To obtain the Vrtra TT card you need to defeat 107 NPC, but I am unable to find the last NPC and I am stuck at 106. Does anyone know any hidden NPC ?
There was a quest to unlock the bar tender in Radz-at-Han, so I wonder if the last NPC is hidden by something similar.

Or is it a bug ? Maybe they counted Lewena, but she does not increase the number of defeated NPC after you beat her.

From what I've done, there's 6 NPCs to unlock.

1 in Labirynthos, 1 in Thavnair, 1 in Radz-at-han, 1 in Garlemald and 2 in Old Sharlayan. One in old Sharlayan did not unlock until completing a level 89 MSQ.

Look at your card list and see where the missing card that the missing NPC drops is located. It should tell you the person and their exact location provided you've done the quests to unlock playing them. If it is one of the few NPC's that does not have a unique card (there are none in Endwalker btw), then that should at least considerably narrow the search down to a small handful of possible players to check.

Thank you, I found it by checking every NPC dropping non-unique card. It was the guy in Idyllshire. He appears only after finishing the last quest of the Mhach raid (which I did not complete after finishing Dun Scaith).

It might be one of the beast tribe ones. I'm at 105/107 because I haven't completed the Gnath and Vanu Vanu tribe quests fully.
