One thing I will say. There are many people in PvP that have some sort of god complex. Do not feel demotivated to improve based on what other people say. It takes a lot of experience to perform well in PvP and everyone, including those at top ranks have been exactly where you are. You WILL improve if you ignore the toxicity and focus on your gameplay.
