Static LF BLM/SMN and DRG/NIN. Ragnarok

Hi, we are looking for a BLM/SMN 265+ also a DRG/Nin 265+ We have experience passed Time Gate in A12S but currently our DRG decided to leave and due to low numbers we need to replace our BLM.
We raid Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 1900-2200 Server Time We are willing to use RAID FINDER to get you in the group until Cross Server PF starts in January (Meaning you do not need to leave your server).
TeamSpeak is a MUST as you will be needing to communicate.
We value not your dummy DPS but your contribution meaning you must do atleast 15% damage anything under and you will be asked to leave.
We prefer someone who speaks well enough English to be understood and understand.

Hi there,
iam a ilvl 265 (SMN/BLM, depends what suits better the current tier). I am from moogle (soon in Odin, personal reasons) and would like to stay there but with 3.5 and cross server PF it will be super easy to raid.
I have TS3/Mumble/Discord, what ever is needed.
I am struggling with A11S because i can only go with PF which is sometimes... wiping, wiping, wiping and more wiping. I had severals runs to 10% and lower. I am using Xenos Guide as reference. Up anytime for a try out. I had not much chances to improve DPS activly in this tier because my old group did the kills to slow and overall it was more a 9/10 Farm. I am up for a try, A11S will not be a big deal. I hope this is also a group for 4.0 because i am looking for a permanent group, nothing which disban after they are BiS. I also have a DRG if you like. He is a really good tank (MT/DRK) but also plays DRG and he has A12S down since october. PM me and you can try both of us

EDIT: Since i had this case in 3.0 i just say it in advance. If Redmage (RDM) gonna be a caster, i will definitly play it, if not then not. I dont want to be replaced or force to switch to meele or something because someone else wants to play it. I stay my role and gear it ofc.
