With 3.4 right around the corner, we are in dire need of an exceptional BLM/SMN so as not to stunt progression in the first couple weeks, where it's the most important. Experience is preferred but not required, but in the absence of proof we will require you to demonstrate knowledge of your class. Two of us have been to final phase A7s, two have cleared, one of us has been to 2nd intermission, and two of us have cleared A8s.
