Hi Everyone,

I connect my Dualshock4 via a USB cable to my PC and FFXIV detects the controller and names it "Wireless Controller", it can be calibrated, all buttons work correctly and can be modified via the button configuration. No issues at all.

I connect the same controller via the USB Wireless Adapter, the official one that was released this week. The Controller is detected as "USB Wireless Adaptor Dualshock4" all the buttons can be pressed but there are the following problems;

-Pressing triangle actually presses circle
-Pressing circle actually presses X
-Pressing X actually presses triangle
-Pressing R3 actually presses options
-Pressing options actually presses R3
-Pressing L3 actually presses share
-Pressing share actually presses L3
-All other buttons are correct

The controller cannot be calibrated, none of the button pushes are detected. Changing the controller type i.e. to ABXY doesn't change anything. Removed the device and reinstalled had no effect. Running the calibration in windows worked fine, all the buttons work, no options to remap.

Controller does work with PS4 Remote Play with no issues at all, could not get it to work with any other game, tried Fallout 4, Dark Souls 3 and Deus Ex.

I realize that its pretty brand new and it might not be supported yet. But I thought I would ask if anyone had any ideas for things I haven't tried. I just figured since FFXIV detected it immediately I figured that I might just be doing something wrong. Would like to know if anyone with a USB Wireless Adaptor for a DualShock4 has a similar issue or not.

Regards,
BB
