    This simply isn't the case, and you must be extremely oblivious if you think that these people across several data centers, who are not known AT ALL in their communities except as cheaters, are getting to high rankings legitimately.

    When a queue pops which is not against one of their predetermined teams, they drop it, and try again later when (hopefully) there is nobody else queuing.

    Edit: After reviewing the 'evidence' from both Koltik and the alleged exploiter, I will say this.

    Doing in-house games while refusing to play other teams = Trading/Boosting. It is technically against the rules, as laid out on the top post on these forums, to do so.
    Doing in-house games while welcoming other teams to play you = Okay in my books. The population is very low and so the players need to find ways to play SOMEHOW.

    That said, the fact that this guy is by himself in the top spot with huge points and less matches played than the other top players means he took points from higher rated teams, it literally screams "boosting." This, in tandem with the fact that the "losing" teams on Exodus are still going positive in point gains after their bouts, really does smell fishy.
