Question regarding housing and housing access

Hey everyone!

Was just wondering if there was any hint about some tweaks to the housing system, especially now that they are working more and more on it?

What I mean exactly is something like limiting access to your friends/FC members/select people only, preventing people on your blacklist from entering and/or (but rather "and") ability to remove people from your house.

The reason why I'm asking is, while I don't mind people visiting my house, recently there is a guy just AFKing there for hours, sitting on my throne. He is in a Russian FC so a few hours ahead of me and has been AFK for hours so it's safe to say he went to sleep and let the game running. With his character sitting in a stranger's house. () I wonder what kind of people would do it in the first place but that's not the point.

I would be happy if SE at least considered it, at least booting people from your house and Blacklist blocking them should be a basic feature in my opinion.

What's funny is if you lock the doors, it will lock him inside your house when he get's back.
So, you can't even kick him out that way.

We did that as a joke to a friend after a wedding.

Booting someone would be pretty useful, but it would require some restrictions. Just as long as they live in the home, it should be fine to allow people to be kicked out.

Another nice feature would to lets us "knock" to enter, letting restricted homes be opened to specific people while you are there.

Now that appartments are being added im hoping they will finally get rid of the housing demolition system.

Well, you won't have your apartment demolished or get evicted from it so no need to worry about it, however housing demolishing timer continues to tick again with 3.4.

@Ametrine: That's funny, I did not know you can lock people in like that! But yeah, kicking and limiting access would be a welcome feature.
