Exactly this, Yoshi has hinted heavily in the past that the only thing holding back recruitment is a lack of skilled candidates, not funds.

Again, it's not a money issue. The indications given point towards it being a personnel issue - finding two developers with the requisite skills, rendering this whole thread moot.

I don't think it's just the skill of the candidates that's the problem.

I believe it was mentioned at one point that they also need to speak fluent Japanese, which narrows the field down considerably...
