Xbox One S Bluetooth gamepad spin/buttons problem

My old Xbox 360 gamepad just has broken, so i went to Amazon and bought the new Xbox One S bluetooth gamepad, and this one works perfect with every game i run (The Witcher 3, The Division, etc)... But when i ran FFXIV the camera spins left and up like crazy and the A button now is the X and B is the Y, all its wrong and nothing fix it... I tried:

    - Update drivers.
    - Update gamepad firmware.
    - Reset default FFXIV settings.
    - Complete erase the My games > FFXIV folders.
    - Reinstall/Clean install the game.
    - Rollback/Restore system.

So, i can confirm this problem is triggered by the game itself because apparently this gamepad works differently in the axis Z (Triggers) and confuse them with the right analog, from here all go wrong in the mapping because this new independent triggers/buttons... PLEASE my game time it's running out... HALP!.

EDIT: I tried every posible fix i found in the forums, disabling things in device manager, unpair/pair, etc... My O.S. is Windows 10 x64 (Fully updated)... And the game works perfectly till today i get the new gamepad.

You've probably already tried this but in case you have not, in game in the gamepad settings under system config is a calibrate function, I had this same issue when I bought my first Xbox One controller and that fixed it for me. I hope you get it fixed soon!

That was the first thing i did when the gamepad arrive, and it works perfect with all the games, except FFXIV for a reason idk... Maybe bad mapping for this new model?, in the calibration settings in windows the layouts for the triggers and analogs was a little bit different from the x360 gamepad i used before... idk.

Ok i have fixed it finally... Things i did to fix it:

    - Upgrade Windows 10 to Anniversary Update edition or later.
    - Reinstall/pair the gamepad.
    - Calibrate in windows and in-game.
    - Enjoy.

PS. The gamepad still needs to upgrade the firmware with an Xbox One console, not only with the Windows 10 Xbox Accessories App.

EDIT: Today i bought the X1 kit play-n-charge and when i connect the gamepad with usb cablem the accessories app recognize the gamepad and let me update the firmware... Only with usb cable.
