Do I only need to complete T13 and the follow up quest "Alisae's Path "to trigger the dialogue change in 3.4's MSQ or do I need to complete all Coils?
So far I've completed T1-10 and T13 in preparation for 3.4 and while the first option seems more reasonable to me, I want to make sure that it's the case.

Dunno, but as a dps I found a complete full party in PF in like half an hour and we did the entire final coil in about an hour (with all cutscenes watched full) even with most of us not knowing a damned thing about the tactics. (unsynced of course). It really is quite doable and at least you get to see the whole story. Give it a try.
