スレッド: Please consider: Apartments to those that don't own a house first.

The purpose of the apartment system was to encourage those who didn't have a private space to be able to obtain one.

There should be a week long lock preventing those that currently own a FC house or a private residence from obtaining an apartment.

Otherwise, we will all be back at square one when this first started. Some people owning multiple properties, just because they can.

Please take this into consideration before 3.4 drops. Thank you.

The thing is, SE won't do such a thing. They did not do it for the last plot addition and we all saw what happened...and yet they decided to go on the same path and will probably keep going.
I think they do not realize that japaness community is pretty diffrent than NA and EU.
Japaness don't act like ***, they are respectfull, man they even do lines during events to provide the best game experience to every one xD

On the opposite, we tend to be more selfish and self-absorbed, thinking most of the time about "me myself and I" wich causes what we saw the last time, will see this time and all the future times...
As long a SE does not realize that, you can be sure they won't add such limit :/

The only server that messed up on the event like NA or EU is my server...

I might get a Lavender Beds apartment for the hell of it, despite having a personal Mist medium and a Goblet small. I'd probably save it for a friend or something.

Unfortunately, just like real life, if they have the money and want it, we can't stop them from getting it.

Also, quite a few servers on the NA and EU side formed lines for the mess at the Moonfire Faire, and trolls existed on the JP one.

Saw queue on Odin during the event.. looked at the length of it and came back later when people had done it.

As for apartments, removing auto-demolish from housing could reduce the urge to purchase apartment as well.

The apartments are not subject to housing demolition, preventing house owners from getting one would be unfair.

Because yeah, there totally isn't any trolls on the JP server who ruin things for them over there. There are shitty people in every country. Stop being a weeaboo and acting like Japan is the pinnacle of morality, because it isn't. And FYI, people formed Qs for the power rangers event* in NA servers too. There's a reason why a lot of Japanese youth try to imitate American culture, surely it can't be that bad?

A cynical person might draw a connection here.

I am sure they will add more apartments to different areas (Ishguard, etc) in the future as well as increase current allocations of ones in the divisions we have now, as they get more players.
