Quite a few I can think of at the moment:
-Certain instances caters different mechanics which prioritizes players on doing them than pushing out great numbers
-SE took a stance with regards to forcing numbers down people's throat as per their decision to not recognize/make any official parsers (If the trance mode is not filling up then people are just start going on blame mode)

The idea got me curious but I cant help on looking at a developer's perspective on how they're gonna pull this off.
Damage output that's in reason with your class, proper execution of mechanics, healing output for healers, proper maintenance of hate. Etc.
