PS3 has 512 megs of RAM, and has no texture ress downgrade over the PS4 (8 gigs of RAM, 16 times as much) or PC versions aside from the rendering resolution it's the same assets.
Time to step up the game. This pixeled smudge needs to go.

Maybe if they dropped PS3 support...
We will need a 4K texture pack if SE means to keep this game relevant in the current UHD era, PS3 should be discontinued now!...![]()
Updated models/textures would be nice. +1 to the OP.
Dont have to drop ps3 to get this. No reason why it can't be a separate option for PCs that can handle it. They want all platforms as equal as possible (lol).
Because then the 10 people on PS3 who haven't noticed that it already looks vastly inferior to the PC/PS4 versions will be upset and we can't have that!
I believe everyone should be able to play but depending on your platform you should go in knowing what limitations you will have. PC can handle a lot and its sad to see us not getting them. Luckily I have 2 other games that I can play for nice graphics and textures though![]()
Estiniens helmet in the HW finale cutscenes was an eye soar. A wonderful ending deserved so much better than looking like a Nintendo ds era remnant.
Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't yoshi-p already say at one time ps3 support was ending with the launch of 4.0 I remember hearing something about that some time ago
