I have tried looking through the default hairstyles and have searched through the mog station to see if it is a wig or something. It's in the game, but I'm not sure if it's a special/event hairstyle.. it's so cute pls help ;_;

Likely the one you are looking for is Yshtola's new Heavensward hairstyle that comes with purchase of her set from Mog Station. It's in the Optional items on the mog station called "Y'shtola's Modish Attire" and it costs $15 USD

Can't load the link, however check out the hairstyles you can unlock via golden saucer. There's an npc right at the mini cacpot broker that sells a hairstyle scroll and then the other scroll is from the prize npc. you have to right click the scrolls after you obtained them and then you can go into the inn and check them out.
