Class Needed Bonus - Question

So I normally don't play a Tank so this is new to me - But I always hear the Tank queue is usually Fast.

Now I'm not complaining about it cause I'm used to the 8-year long queue as Brd. But just wondering why that "If Tank was Needed" , why does the queue take so long?

If I change to Ast I get a faster queue. So if the healer was the needed one why doesn't it say Bonus to Heals?

Does it ever change? I always see it as Tank but it never pops quickly.

Yes it changes by the minute (maybe even more) it's just that tanks are generally more in need for things.
I've even seen DPS as the bonus before.

It tends to rotaye every 15 minutes but dps in need is rare except for prime time hour when healers and tanks are there it pops more frequently
