    Summer Promo code invalid

    So I got the summer dlc code from gamestop today where you spend over €20 to get the dlc code.

    When I went to redeem.finalfantasyxiv.com/en to redeem it, it says that the code is invalid. Any help would be great for the time being as support is not available till Monday.

    Ok I figured it out. I should have added the dashes (-) into the code also. I should have tried this sooner but any time I entered codes that has dashes in then they egnore it as it is just there to easily read the code. Odd that I needed to enter then but ah well it worked out for me in the end.

    If a mod can close this thread that would be great.
