That might be a good idea to add it into one of the final steps in the training for new users. A tank buster or crowd of mobs, or just a single bad guy.

It's been so long, I do think the game does explain it to you at some point using their tool tips. No need to go into details of when to use it, just show them the situation. Whether inside or outside boss battles.

I wouldn't say it's completely the players fault for not knowing it by 50, there's a collaboration between the game and the player. At some point the player has to say "What is that?", I know I did..a lot. Ask questions from other users and even play around with it. People want to have some sense of exploration yet want to be told everything. The thing about the LB is they are not needed for the fights, so we should let the players creativity come into play when using it. If the tool tip is not in there (sorry it's been so long) then yes they should add it.

I see some people getting upset when it's not used at the correct times for them, with the exception of end-game or current high tier fights, it doesn't impact the results of the game that much if you use it on the last boss as a single target, or if the tank over pulls and you use the caster to help clear a large portion of adds.
