Most of the time at least. Healer LB3 was used raaather frequently when Mhach was recent >.>

yeah, healer LB3 maybe. i played healer for 3 years and NEVER used the LB1. i used the LB2 once. i was out of mana and an aoe was incoming wich would have wiped us otherwise.

i started to play tank a couple months ago. i have NEVER used any form of tank-LB.

This is pretty much right. Tank LB was only really used in a few choice fights, the ones coming to mind are before nerfs, Minstrels Ballad: Ultima, and Coil Turn 13. Both were a very nessecary thing to complete both of these trials. Other than that, Tank LB can be used as a life saver if people fail mechanics, example, before Garuda EX was nerfed, if we messed up and broke to many stone towers, you could Tank LB 1 or 2, and save the group from fatal damage from vortex blast or w/e her major attack move is called. Tank LB is generally frowned upon, but it has uses and I bet a lot of people would be surprised at any other uses it has as well. The game as a whole is in a "More DPS" Meta and tank LB won't get much play unless you absolutely need it to survive a mechanic.

I've seen tank lb3 put to good use in WoD when Cloud of Darkness had enough stacks to wipe us.
