At least floors 51-100 looks like it includes an actual necropolis with new textures instead of merely recycling background textures from Tam-Tara Deepcroft HM (I definitely got shades of Eldeime Necropolis from FFXI there.. which made me shiver ).

But the best/favourite things I can see/take away from this trailer are:

FFIX's Ark as a boss in Alexander-the Creator (!)
The final boss of Xephlatol (an Ixal) apparently summoning a mini-Garuda (that is far smaller than 'real' Garuda but not an egi - is this then a taste of the promised 'egi-glamours' coming in the future?). Also Ixal mobs on hot-air balloons dual-wielding pistols! And Xephlatol's BGM is a remix of the Natalan/Ixal theme Flightless Wings!
The mysterious masked man addressing the Ala Mhigan refugees is indeed clearly

Papalymo returned to the Rising Stones and holding the head of Tupsimati
Evil!Derplander and his party each possessing a Crystal of Light Darkness..... but they obviously lack the final one to complete the mandala like we have
Alphinaud summoning a black Carbuncle!

So yeah, to say I am eagerly awaiting 3.4 is an understatement. Roll on the 27th!
